Instructions to exercise the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason if you have not used the service at all.
If when contracting the service, the user uses it, he will automatically lose the right of withdrawal and will not have the right to a refund.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the contract was signed.

To comply with the w ithdrawal period, it is suffic ient that you send y our communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are
informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. If you requested a refund by exercising the right of withdrawal after having used the service, you will not have the right to a refund or withdrawal from the contract.
